The Simplicity Spirometry System is the simple and affordable solution for diagnostic and screening spirometry. The system features the NPB-500, a compact, hand-held spirometer that offers true portability and is quick and easy to use. The system performs all of the basic spirometry measurements, and includes automated comparison to predicted values, pre-post medication comparison, interpretation of test results, and much more. Meets ATS and NLHEP standards. The system uses the new FS-II Flow Sensor, a low cost, disposable, single patient use pneumotach that fits both adult and pediatric patients. The system stores test results for recall and print-out, operates on 2 AA batteries, and when used with NPB-510 Base Unit, connects to most printers to produce full-page reports that include flow-volume and volume-time curves.
